Netflix Teams with Immersive Gamebox for KPop Demon Hunters

Netflix is set to roll out a KPop Demon Hunters immersive experience in U.S. locations starting January 2027. It will let two to six players dash through 3D motion-tracked games without bulky VR headsets. The surprise is that the same story will also hit two Netflix House venues this November. Those locations will use live actors, themed food and a 3D tech stage. What most people miss is that Immersive Gamebox already runs more than 29 experiences across 35 venues. It also previously delivered Squid Game and Floor Is Lava attractions for Netflix. Players will first design a 'Superfan' avatar, then follow HUNTR/X on a one-hour quest to protect the Honmoon. Tickets go on sale in December, and a priority waitlist promises 24-hour early access. "Music, movement, and the collective energy of the fans are a huge part of this film," says CEO Lisa Paton.
