Dune Awakening Blood and Ice DLC Arrives December First

October 31, 2026 · 1 source

Funcom is trading the hot desert sands of Arrakis for a freezing new world. Coming on December first, the free Blood and Ice expansion swaps heat for ice in a region called the Polar Sink. Players must survive the tundra and the icecap instead of hiding from the sun. The add-on brings around thirty-five hours of new progression. You will fight wealthy water shippers to steal their ice. That ice can then cool base equipment back down in the desert. The studio is also adding an offline single-player mode in November. Fully supported cross-play arrives in January of next year. Funcom plans to keep expanding the survival game through twenty-twenty-seven.
