Cloudflare Launches New Analytics And Control For Personal AI Agents

November 4, 2026 · 1 source

Cloudflare is launching new analytics to help website owners track personal AI agents acting on behalf of humans. These automated helpers can now be viewed as a distinct category in the Security Analytics Bot Analysis chart. Site owners can see which specific agents are visiting, how many requests they send, and whether they are hitting product pages or checkouts. Fraud teams can also check which user account each agent represents during sign-up events. If an attacker misuses an agent, security teams can block that specific account without cutting off the agent for everyone else. Beyond visibility, Cloudflare is expanding its access policies to let owners allow or block supported personal agents. Owners can choose to permit an agent globally or block it on pages that feature ads. The system also offers tailored policy recommendations during the onboarding process for new site zones. These new controls let businesses welcome AI traffic on their own terms instead of blocking it blindly.
