Real Madrid Lead Race for Manchester United Teen JJ Gabriel

Real Madrid are the clear frontrunners to sign sixteen-year-old Manchester United forward JJ Gabriel. The teenager walked out of United in September and has not returned since. He wanted senior football right away and has been training alone in Spain instead. European clubs noticed his availability immediately. Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain are interested, but Jose Mourinho's Real side are confident they will win the race. A United source previously called him the best fifteen-year-old in Europe. He even scored a hat-trick on his UEFA Youth League debut. Darren Fletcher once said the world is his oyster. Gabriel recently secured a European Union passport to make the move much easier. United will get compensation if he leaves, but that fee drops if he joins a team outside the Premier League.
