Terms of Service
Last updated: June 7, 2026
These terms govern your use of FeedlyScript at feedlyscript.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Please read them — especially the parts about AI-generated content and disclaimers.
1. The service
FeedlyScript monitors the news sources you choose, detects trending topics using AI, and generates social-media scripts that it can deliver to Slack, Discord, or email. Features, limits, and any free or paid tiers may change over time.
2. Your account
You’re responsible for the information you provide and for activity under your account. Keep your login credentials secure, and let us know promptly of any unauthorized use. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to use the service.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for anything illegal, harmful, deceptive, or infringing.
- Add sources or generate content you don’t have the right to use.
- Abuse, overload, scrape, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
- Resell or misrepresent the service, or bypass its limits or security.
4. Your sources and content
You choose which sources to add and how you use the scripts you generate. You’re responsible for ensuring you have the right to use those sources, and for respecting the terms and copyright of the websites and publishers involved. You retain ownership of the content you create with the service.
5. AI-generated content
Scripts are produced by an automated AI model from third-party headlines and articles. Output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or out of date. You are responsible for reviewing and fact-checking any script before you publish or rely on it. Nothing generated is professional, legal, financial, or other expert advice.
6. Third-party services
The service integrates with third parties such as Groq, Google, Slack, and Discord. Your use of those integrations is also governed by their respective terms and policies, and we’re not responsible for their availability or actions.
7. Availability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular source will always be reachable. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
8. Termination
You can stop using the service and delete your content at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the service.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FeedlyScript and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the service or reliance on generated content. The service is provided without warranties of any kind.
10. Governing law
FeedlyScript is offered to users worldwide. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you in your own location, including how you use generated content. Where a specific governing law or venue is required, the applicable mandatory laws of your country of residence will apply.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above, and your continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
