Tampa Bay Buccaneers Win NFL Game Without Completing a Pass

Tampa Bay just won a football game without completing a single pass. Torrential rain in Florida forced the team to rely entirely on the ground. Baker Mayfield threw three passes and missed them all. Instead, he handed the ball off on every play. That strategy racked up three hundred twenty-four rushing yards. It also made them the first team with zero pass completions since nineteen seventy-four. Elsewhere in a wild week eight, Lamar Jackson injured his right thumb on the very first snap. His backup then went down with a toe injury. The Ravens had to finish with an undrafted rookie. Meanwhile, Joe Burrow made history despite three interceptions. He threw for over four hundred fifty yards and five touchdowns while adding a rushing score. The Minnesota Vikings also lost their unbeaten record to the Detroit Lions.
