Jeremy Renner Leads "12 Bullets" Action Thriller

Jeremy Renner will have only twelve bullets to wage a one-man war against London gangs. The new film, titled 12 Bullets, is produced by Thunder Road and Sky. It will debut as a Sky Original in the UK and Ireland. International sales are being handled by 193, which will launch the project at next week's AFM in Los Angeles. Director Sean Ellis, known for Anthropoid, works from a Tim Walker script. Producers Basil Iwanyk and Erica Lee are attached for Thunder Road. CAA Media Finance represents the North American rights. Renner, an Oscar nominee for The Hurt Locker and The Town, also stars as Hawkeye in the Marvel movies. He currently leads the Taylor Sheridan series Mayor of Kingstown. Patrick Wachsberger, CEO of 193, said the premise forces the hero to make every shot count and has global appeal. Buyers will see the film at AFM, where Thunder Road hopes to repeat the success of past collaborations like John Wick.
