Harry Kane just signed a new Bayern Munich contract that keeps him at the club until twenty twenty-nine. The thirty-three-year-old striker was already in the final year of his old deal. German media report this extension is the most lucrative contract in club history. Bayern did not disclose the financial terms. Kane cost one hundred million euros when he joined from Tottenham in twenty twenty-three. One report says he scored seventy-three goals in sixty-five matches for the twenty twenty-five to twenty-six season. Another source counts his total club and country goals at eighty-nine since last August. He also became the fastest player in German history to reach one hundred Bundesliga goals. He did it in ninety-eight games. That smashed a record that stood since nineteen seventy-seven. Kane recently won the Ballon d'Or. He is the first Englishman to win it in twenty-five years. He said he feels right at home in Munich. Sporting director Christoph Freund called him the best all-round striker in the world.
