Eve AI Empowers 350,000 Plaintiff Cases

Eve, a San Mateo legal AI startup, just helped 350,000 plaintiff cases close $3.5 billion in settlements. Since June, its platform has grown 75% and now serves nearly 2,000 firms, freeing lawyers to take on big corporations. Jay Madheswaran says the tool levels the playing field, giving small firms a slingshot against the giants. Eve's revenue jumped sixfold YoY after a $103 million Series B in 2025, valued at over $1 billion. Spark Capital led the round, joined by Andreessen Horowitz, Lightspeed, and Menlo, while 275 staff grew 40% since June. Eve's focus on plaintiff firms puts it in a different lane from big-law AI giants like Harvey. "What happens when David gets AI? It evens the freaking playing field."
