Anthropic IPO Filing Sparks Asian Rally

Anthropic's IPO filing sent Asian tech stocks into the green. South Korea's KOSPI rose 3.1% and Samsung Electronics jumped 4.2%. Samsung's rise helped lift the KOSPI after an 18.2% monthly decline.
