Activision Removes Seoul Crush Scene from Modern Warfare 4

Call of Duty makers are cutting a real disaster out of the latest game after a severe public backlash. Modern Warfare 4 used real video clips from the deadly two thousand twenty two Seoul crush to show a fictional North Korean invasion. That disaster in the Itaewon district killed almost one hundred sixty people during Halloween celebrations. Bereaved families called the use of footage showing body bags and CPR totally senseless and deeply inappropriate. Activision insisted they never meant to trivialise any real world tragedy for entertainment. The controversial footage will finally vanish in the very next game update.
