Skydance swallowed a $110 billion Warner Bros. Discovery-Paramount merger and placed Warner Bros.' International TV Production inside its new TV unit. JB Perrette, co-chair and chief business officer, announced a reshuffle that ousted seven leaders, including Dan Barnes and Michael Bishara. The memo left Pluto's streaming head vacant while company hunts a leader to align it with Paramount+ and HBO Max. Channing Dungey, head of Warner Bros. Television Group, will oversee the International TV Production unit that runs twenty global companies. Ronald Goes stays on as president, running the senior team. His group includes Twenty Twenty, Wall to Wall and Ricochet, which adapt formats like The Bachelor and The Repair Shop. The new roster adds Jeff Cusson to head communications. Shauna Spenley now oversees global DTC and International TV marketing. Trey Turner becomes COO of International, while Josh Walker takes on both COO and CFO roles for DTC. "We need to aggressively drive each business forward," he wrote.
