Scale AI Opens Dubai Office At Third AI Festival

Over twenty thousand people flooded downtown Dubai for the third Dubai AI festival on Monday and Tuesday. More than one hundred Chinese firms set up exhibits alongside twenty three Indian infrastructure companies. Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum used the gathering to announce much bigger goals for the Dubai AI Campus. The hub already pulled in over one billion dirhams in private equity since launching in May twenty twenty four. And here is the catch. The campus hit its original five year employment targets two years ahead of schedule. The biggest corporate news came from Scale AI. The twenty nine billion dollar firm officially opened for business inside the Dubai International Finance Center. Trevor Thompson confirmed the company wants to help local institutions build trusted systems. Scale AI also recently signed a deal with Abu Dhabi based Presight to accelerate responsible AI adoption across the region.
