Josh Jacobs Faces Fresh Abuse Allegations From Three Women

Green Bay Packers running back Josh Jacobs now faces fresh abuse allegations from three different women detailed in newly released police records. Those accounts emerged after police investigated a May altercation with his then-girlfriend. Jacobs pleaded no contest on September tenth to misdemeanor counts of battery and property damage. He was arrested on May twenty-sixth after a woman said he threw her to the ground. Three other women subsequently contacted police to report separate incidents dating from April twenty-first to twenty-twenty-three. One woman alleged Jacobs slapped her and told her he should kill her right now. Another woman claimed he pushed her against a wall and threw her belongings outside. A third woman stated he dragged her and threatened her with deportation. His lawyers issued a statement noting prosecutors reviewed the old allegations and determined only two misdemeanor charges were warranted. The NFL placed Jacobs on the commissioner exempt list in August and is still investigating the case. Jacobs returned two weeks ago and scored twice in a win over the Carolina Panthers.
